The hotel had a great location, close to the ski lift and with a nice view of the mountains. The pool and sauna were a good way to relax after skiing. We also appreciated the complimentary hot cocoa and cookies available in the lobby.

The hotel was severely understaffed during the Christmas holiday, which led to long waiting times and a lack of attention from the few staff members who were present. The room was not very clean when we checked in, with some items left behind from the previous guest, and it was not cleaned well during our stay.

The location of Hotel & Spa Wulfenia is absolutely incredible, offering easy ski-in-and-out access. The spa and pool area, especially the outdoor pools, are outstanding. The quality of food at the hotel is top-notch, with high-quality cuisine. The staff in general is very friendly and helpful.

The hotel has a great location, very close to the cable car so you don't have to walk far with all your skiing gear. Some rooms have balconies, which is a nice plus. The food is high quality, particularly at breakfast. The wellness facilities are impressive, with an outstanding outdoor pool.

The limited gluten-free options for guests with dietary restrictions are disappointing.
